1800's Prim Cross Stitch Mini Stocking

This is a little different than things I have usually done- a little more prim.
This original design was stitched on evenweave in deep red, charcoal gray and mossy brown,
It is stuffed with fiberfill with some sweet annie and a handmade and handpainted prim candy cane. It has a jute hanger. This will look great on a prim tree or hanging from a garland.

Santa at The Cabin Pinkeep/Tuck- again

This sweet little pinkeep is prim not perfect- it is perfectly prim!
The motifs are an old cabin, Santa, an olde gold moon and a quilt motif.
Coffee dyed to age it. Backed with old drab brown wool. The color is not as bright as shown.

These prim ornies are stitched on a fabric that closely resembles burlap and look like they were stitched by a pioneer woman in her prairie cabin!

I Really Have been working on..
something to add to the blog- it has just been a sloe process with everything else going on.
I also have been working on writing a book about the lives of my pioneer relatives so I am slow getting this pinkeep finished. I love the old crown Sabra suit!
